When you reserve our equipment, it is removed from our inventory and made unavailable to other clients. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will result in forfeiture of the full rental fee.
If a multi-day reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, a one-day rental fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
